Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is free with no obligation. We'll talk through your situation and suggest next steps.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email. Please give us notice if you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Where is your office?

200 W Lake St, Suite 193B, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Choose "In person" when you book and we'll meet you there. Phone and video calls are available too.

What time zone are the times in?

The calendar detects your time zone automatically. We're based in Minneapolis (Central Time).

None of the times work for me. What now?

Call (612) 293-0129 or email contact@steadybooks.org and we'll find a time that works.

What information will you ask for?

Just your name, email, and how you'd like to meet, plus a few optional questions about your business. We never ask for passwords, bank logins, or Social Security numbers when you book.
